1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all competitions operated by NoviQ. By entering any competition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or over.

• UK residents only unless otherwise stated.

• Employees of NoviQ and their immediate family members may not enter.

3. How To Enter

Select your competition.
Choose your number of entries.
Correctly answer the skill-based question.
Complete checkout.

Only entries with a correct answer will be entered into the draw.

4. Competition Closing Date

Each competition will display its own closing date or will end once all available entries have sold.

NoviQ reserves the right to extend a competition if required.

5. Winner Selection

All winners are selected fairly using an independent random draw from all correct entries.

The draw process will be transparent and may be recorded or streamed live.

6. Prize Delivery

Prizes are delivered free of charge within the UK.

If a cash alternative is available, it will be clearly stated on the competition page.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the email address and telephone number provided during checkout.

If no response is received within the stated period, another winner may be selected.

8. Refunds

Once an entry has been submitted successfully it cannot normally be refunded.

If a competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used to administer competitions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
